The history. It's an old hotel with the oldest working elevator. So that was cool. Parking was close, breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked in the restaurant. Pizza place across the street has the best gluten-free crust I have ever tried at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job each day. Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The location is perfect - walk-able to shops, pubs and restaurants. There was an included breakfast, toast, eggs, juice, coffee. Not too bad considering it was complimentary. The room had a nice view of the hills. It has the oldest elevator in Kamloops - 1928. The restaurant/bar downstairs is very cozy with friendly service.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Plaza Hotel for just one night, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the warm and attentive staff to the beautifully appointed rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was exceptional, and every detail throughout the hotel reflected warmth and care. Every member of the team made me feel welcomed and valued. We enjoyed the exercise of the flight of stairs we used to reach the fourth floor. Thank goodness our stay was for one day. I am not athletic, but it was a good workout. I hope the elevator will be fixed. Breakfast was sentional. We enjoyed eating by the window. We especially enjoyed a hot tub soak evening and morning, as we have shower stalls in our home. Thank you.

Excellent location in the middle of Kamloops. Parking, restaurants and breweries ;-) very close by. Very friendly and professional personnel.

Breakfast was good. Flavoured water & hot water to make tea was a treat! Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Dinner was tasty. Eating outside on the patio was splendid.

A good budget heritage (1928) hotel in downtown Kamloops. Friendly, helpful staff. Great full breakfast. Lobby is nicely decorated for the holidays. I enjoyed the vintage lift !
